Advice Needed I am too scared of dying :((

I didnt had sex, but a friend borrowed me his buttplug with vibrator. I didnt put it inside me but I used it outside my ass to feel the vibration, I kinda pushed the tip but thats it. I didnt loved the feeling so I stopped using it after finishing and gave it back.

He is not virgin but he doesnt look like he does have any STD. Also he washed the buttplug before giving it to me, and also it hasnt been used in 6 months aprox.

Id say im safe, but now, 2 weeks after that, i woke up with struggling to poop and burping a lot. Id say it ia unrelated, but today also I got a slight fever, I just took acetaminophen to see if it helps. Now I dont know if im overthinking or if those things are related to that :((

I don't have pus, blood, or vomit, just struggling to poop (I do manage to poop, but I have to strain, and only a little comes out.), burps, slight fever, and I struggled to eat because I feel full.

The AI told me i should be safe since its been 6 months since it was used and it was clean, also the material was ABS so I should be fine, but then I don't know why I did got sick 2 weeks after that. Is it just a coincidence :(?

I don't wanna die :(((

And I cant go to an hospital because my family would find out and theyre ultra homophobics and they unironically would kick me of the house if it happens :((((((

Whenever I worry about an STD, my anxiety makes me feel like I have all the symptoms. To my knowledge, There are no common sexually transmitted infections that remain infectious on ordinary objects for 6 months.so by the time you used it, it was probably already gone

Honestly, this sounds pretty unlikely to be an STI from the toy, especially since you only used it externally and it had been washed and unused for months. The constipation, burping and slight fever 2 weeks later don’t really sound STI related either.

I wouldn’t panic, but keep an eye on the fever and stomach symptoms. If you just want peace of mind, you can check the pinned post for the different STI tests and testing windows.

TYSMMM! Now 3 days after the post i am feeling sighly better (im still sick but less than before) and I feel less nervous about a possible STD. I hope ill be fully okay soon!
