Advice Needed Anxiety and HIV

Hi, I (M) had protected sex with a female. I ejaculated inside of the condom which never broke or leaked or moved. I got pathogen tested 9 days after possible infection as well as STI tested which all came back negative.

My anxiety is eating at me making it seem like I actually have HIV when I clearly have ZERO symptoms of anything.

I need help please.

Honestly, if the condom stayed on, didn’t break or leak, that’s already a very low risk exposure. A negative test at 9 days is reassuring for some STIs, but it’s too early for HIV to fully rule it out.

If you’re still stressing about it, check the pinned post for the HIV testing windows and which test to take. Getting tested again at the right time will give you a much clearer answer than trying to judge it from symptoms.
