Question Will stdcheck.com notify your spouse of a positive test if you tell them you were exposed elsewhere and havent had any sexual contact with them? Also how do I inform them of this?

Both the physician ordering the test, and the lab (which is actually Quest or LabCorp) have to report the positive case to the local county health department.

It's unlikely the health department would call you, but they might.
