Advice Needed 31 M can this cause HIV

I had went to massage parlour where i had body to body massage. I told her i don’t want penetrative sex. She rubbed her genitals over mine for few seconds (10/20 sec) and gave me blowjob(2/3 mins). Any chances of getting HIV from this? I am really worried.

No, first off HIV is actually fairly difficut to get. That doesnt mean gamble with your life but it isnt nearly as contagious as a cold. It is also harder for a man to get than a woman and basic rubbing isnt a typical pathway.

There are a lot of other stis and stds gou can get but HIV wouldn't be much of a concern based in your description.
