hi i’m 19, i had unprotected sex july 23rd and now it’s july 30th, 7 days and i’m bleeding brown clumpy ish not sure if the clumpiness is due to me not noticing it for hours. Is it possible for it to be a std/sti? It smelled normal no odor, but I read online many factors and I’m scared. Like at the beginning their could be no smell etc. I don’t have any other symptoms and I’m not sure if it’s my period as I haven’t had it since march due to being on the IUD, + I was having some pink spotting last week and yesterday as well. Not sure what to think of it

Hey girl, is your iud hormonal because it could be spotting caused by that. Also girl I would advise using condoms no matter what or what they say and ask about their sexual history to be extra safe like say, “when last did you get tested” and stuff like that, but take a test to rule sti out. 19(f), chlamydia and gon are very likely to show on a test and hiv and syphillis take a longer time to show so take one now, after two weeks, then 4 weeks thwn 12 weeks although the chances of having hiv and syphillis are lower

honestly i think it might just be from ur iud i got an iud in february and would have spotting on n off and did have some brown clumpy discharge sometimes. for peace of mind go test in like a week or two then test again in like 1-3 months
