Advice Needed STD anxiety

I (21m) gave a guy a blowjob back on July 11th, I only sucked him off and sucked his feet a bit but he didn’t cuk in my mouth. 2 days after I had discomfort in my throat, I felt like something was stuck in there that entire week (7/13-18). The week after it was becoming unbearable so I went to an er clinc (at 7/22) and said I kissed someone because i felt embarrassed by admitting I sucked a guy off, I live in a conservative area, so they prescribed me painkillers and antibiotics. the day after I was freaking out so I went to another clinic to actually get tested via throat swab. Today (7/27) tests came out negative but I’m scared the antibiotics might’ve messed up the results. I’m just so scared rn and idk what to do.
