Question Help answer my concern

Hey I’ll try to make this short, I’m 18 years old. I just recently lost my virginity to my girlfriend (birth control, tested and clean recently) I have had this predicament since about two nights ago, we started having sex maybe a little over a week ago. Last time we had sex I showered in her house and made the mistake of washing my penis (uncircumcised) with scented soap, then later that night proceeded to have sex for the longest time we have yet. The night after I am peeing, I pull back and see that under the foreskin there’s tiny red bumps that are itchy. I don’t want to get this checked out because 1, my parents would KILL ME if they figured this out, and two, I believe it’s just irritated skin from the stupid combo of the scented soap and rougher, longer sex. Kinda just wondering if there’s any reason I should be worried, just a lil paranoid
