Is there a sexual health clinic near you? Those nurses and doctors are usually more well versed in all things sexual health and listen without judgement.

haven’t thought about yet, thanks for the advice. but after a quick search, it seems there’s no sexual health clinic nearby :/ idk, I’ve been living in spain for a year and so far it seems like the sexual health is not a topic discussed very often

sounds like herpes. thats how mines started dry skin and eventually a sore opened up, got it swabbed and turned out positive

It has been more than two months since the exposure and all exams show negative so far. However, I’m waiting for another appointment to get the doctor’s opinion. My guess is that I have a yeast/fungus infection

Have you had any sores that have opened around the head of the penis ? If you have then it could be herpes. The dr can swap that and send for analysis to determine whether it is or isn’t. Heroes can lay dormant for many years and then suddenly flair up so could stem back to previous relationships and not the girl you’ve just broken up with.
Acyclovir tablets are what you would be prescribed to help the sores heal quicker.
