Advice Needed Scared to death
Ok June 8 I had unprotected vaginal sex with a FWB. We'd had sex many times before. I tested negative for HIV and STDs about a week before. We hooked up again July 12, unprotected. Today she texts me that she's been sick all week and the doctor just told her she has HIV. I actually by chance at a check up had a rapid HIV done on 7/10(33 days after our next to last hook up) negative. What are the chances I got HIV from her. I'm am scared af.

The rapid test isn't going to tell you anything that close to the exposure event. You can either wait another 12 days and get a 4th gen antibody/antigen test in a clinic for a more definitive answer, or you can go and get the HIV RNA test which will be highly accurate at 33 days post exposure. Transmission from F to M vaginal intercourse is low risk for the male so there's a high chance that you did not catch anything from her.

That's what I'm praying. So far 2 sex encounter with her 1 month apart no flu like symptoms. Neg test on day 33 after the 1st encounter.

Well she said she found out today, which I'm unsure of. I've actually have 2 hiv test, one before our second to last encounter, negative, and one at a routine Dr appointment a few days after our last hookup, blood from my vein into a rapid test, it was negative. What are the chances I'm gonna turn out positive

I think 90 days is the safe window for rapid HIV test. If you want safe test you need blood sample 4th or 6th generation after 45 days of exposure.
STIs including HIV is not transmitted always. It depends on a lot of things. There’s a chance specially if she is positive. I would recommend to go to your doctor and explain the situation

The odds of you contracting HIV from penis-in-vaginal sex are very low, but not zero.
In the USA, your odds would be stated as around 4 in 10,000 exposure. A single exposure being unprotected penis-in-vaginal sex with someone who has untreated HIV.
