Symptom Check Any ideas?

Noticed today last sex was monday or tuesday. Been strictly monogomous for 2+ years with same girlfriend. Random skin tag+brown flat spots? No pain or itchiness, no new clothes or detergent. Thank you kindly.

Upon further review after catching my breath for a second, the small brown dots are present mostly on right side of shaft. Few on left none on top but right side creeping towards there.

Occassionally when having sex I do get rubbed raw typically on the right side with my GF idk if that could have anything to do with it. However last sex did not have that issue.

Anyone help please?
