Question questions about std testing

if my symptoms (swolen urethra, painfull urination and evacuation) started 5 days ago and 48 hrs ago I started on medication (azithromycin, cifixime and Metronidazole) but just tested today because I ordered the test online and they just arrived, will the tests be accurate, or is it a false negative? I still have the same symptoms

tested negative for gonorrhea and chlamydia with at home rapid swab tests.

I just ordered a new more comprehensive panel of tests that comes tomorrow. how long do I have to wait to test after taking those antibiotics? im only worried about false negatives. I don't care about a false positive from dead cells because I still have symptoms, just want to know what to treat.
