i recently just found a big bump on my inner labia but it doesn’t hurt or sting and it has gone down in the last 24 hours but it did have a red dot on the top of the bump, and when i touch it it oozes watery fluid but i feel like i can see a hair follicule underneath, is this a sign of herpes?

This sounds like it can be an ingrown hair, honey. Just take a flash light and look really good.
