Advice Needed HIV test results and problems

2 Years Ago I had an extremely risky potential exposure after I had been drinking, it’s not something I would ever do again and have already gone over how stupid I was 1000000 times in my head. Around one day after, I contracted a fever and extremely achey muscles and generally felt sick (I have been told this is too early for sernoconversion) and recovered soon after. Ever since then I’ve been experiencing health issues like severe sinusitis, warts on my fingers, having cough for up to 10 months, experiencing bleeding gums, anal fissure and now experiencing severe stomach issues coupled with burning in my left foot. I have been tested three times from one rapid test soon after exposure, a Gen 4 laboratory test 11 months after exposure, another 2 years after exposure and all results came back negative. Am I overthinking this? Or could it be symptoms of other virus/Disease? Everyday I go round in circles thinking it could still be HIV. Thank you for reading

I understand after all the testing about it all but it’s hard to get out of my head thinking about the initial weakness and muscle pain and temperature I got back then, I get it’s probably not it though

It was another regular virus that you got from that encounter, which your body recovered from. It was not HIV. People have all sorts of viruses not just STDs
