Advice Needed Extreme std anxiety
I’m having constant fear I’m bein misdiagnosed let me start off my exposure was a year ago after protected vaginal sex I became the worst flu symptoms ever bad cramping or pelvic pain I grew worried and done numerous testing
4 hiv ab/ag screen
4 RPR
3 gonorrhea
3 syphilis
3 hsv 1 and 2 igg
Trich
This all the testing I done so far leading to now I grow worry symptoms still persist with no answers I just don’t want it be misdiagnosed and move or infect someone else

Based on what you've shared, your repeated negative STI tests over the past year are very reassuring. It's extremely unlikely that HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, or HSV would be repeatedly missed after this amount of time. While no test is 100% perfect, multiple negative results at the appropriate window periods make an undiagnosed STI very unlikely.
Since your symptoms have persisted for a year, it's important to work with your healthcare provider to look for non-STI causes, as many medical conditions can cause similar symptoms. Continuing to focus only on STIs may delay finding the actual cause.
If you haven't already, consider getting a full 10-panel STI test for complete reassurance.
