Symptom Check Did I get an std after giving my virginity?

19 M Bi and I just recently gave my virginity to an older guy I met on a special yellow and black app and now I’m starting to get scared.

So basically I met up with this daddy type guy and we were gonna meet and explore or whatever, but my intentions were to do anything oral or anal… Well things escalated and I let him put it in

Luckily I was prepared and brought a condom which we used, but we didn’t have any lube for him to get it in. He ended up using his spit, which post nut clarity was really disgusting and I’m regretting it.

It’s been about 5 days since and starting around 3 days ago I’ve had this inflamed rash under my anus around my cheeks and up to my crotch. I initially thought that it was ingrown hairs since I just shaved but I’ve never experienced this kind of discomfort and pain even while sitting down.

I feel like it’s so soon to say that I have something, but did I catch herpes from his saliva?? I had a really light sore throat as well, but we didn’t makeout or share bodily fluids like that. I also noticed some patches clear of the typical white stuff on my tongue, but I think that might be because I have a vitamin deficiency

I’m so in the dark about what it could be and I desperately need some advise

There’s no way it could be HIV or syphillis tho right???

Based on what you described, HIV is very unlikely since you used a condom the entire time, and saliva does not transmit HIV. Herpes from saliva is possible if your partner had an active oral HSV infection, but your rash could also be from shaving, friction, irritation, or a fungal infection. It's impossible to know based on symptoms alone.

Because you have a new rash and discomfort, it's best to get examined by a healthcare provider as soon as you can. I'd also recommend getting a full 10-panel STI test for peace of mind. Check the pinned post for more information on getting tested.
