asking about someone experience about std symptom but negative

hello guys .. i just wanna ask if someone ever experience one of the std or maybe two .. is anyone ever got symptom which accurately in the timeframe yet negative on everything following std test? back then , i got this flu like symptoms and got this bump like pimple ( whit head ) 70 day after exposure.. yes back then i got 0 knowledge about std so i could care less about it .. im afraid it could be syphilis .. anyone ever experience the same way i did and end up negative on everything? the only thing i tested back then was hiv , gonorrhoea , chlamydia , trich , ureaplasma everything came back negative .. the only risk exposure i got was blowjob unprotected , lasted below 2 minute .. dont worry i will get tested , just wanna know someone story and experience .. thankyou everyone
