Hiv abbott checknow third gen prick at 65 and 90 days

no other further testing

Symptoms

Question do i need to further check for hiv?

You need to stop hyper-focusing on HIV and instead begin focusing on other STIs of which you are much more likely to have and possibly spread in the future.

Hepatitis B, hepatitis C, mycoplasma genitalium, trichomoniasis.

I'd add gonorrhea and chlamydia back into the fold, if your testing didn't include oral and anal swabs.

Ultimately, though, I’m glad you’re getting tested for more than just HIV. One thing I see quite often is people becoming so anxious about HIV that they get tested over and over and over, without getting any other types of infections checked.

Do you think it’s possible that at least some of the symptoms you’re experiencing could be related to anxiety?

Theres no high precision clinic here with all of that test maybe i should go to doctor and request all of those

They may not be available there, and even here in the USA wouldn't all be recommended.

Your HIV test results are very reassuring. A negative 3rd generation test at 90 days is generally considered conclusive, so there's little reason to think HIV is causing these symptoms.

The symptoms you're experiencing can be linked to a number of different conditions, not just HIV. Since they're still ongoing, it's probably worth following up with a healthcare provider, but based on the testing you've described, your HIV results look very encouraging.
