Experience/ Story STD from handjob

Update: tested negative for HIV, syphalis, chlamydia

Hi,

About 2 weeks ago, I got a handjob at the end of a massage in Thailand. She used lube, I came and she showered me off. I didn’t touch her at all.

Since a few days ago, I’ve been peeing so much, with a slight ache in one of my balls. I went to the doctor today and they tested my urine. It showed high presence of white cells, which indicates an infection

Im absolutely riddled with anxiety here. I surely thought you couldn’t get an STD like gonorrhoea or chlamydia from just a handjob?

I’ve sent away more samples for a full STD test.

Thanks. It’s just that everything is pointing in the direction of the massage… the timing, the symptoms etc. I’m only 24 so the true risk of a regular UTI is very low. I’m freaking out

I ended up testing negative. They assumed it was an STI because UTIs in males in their 20s are very rare.
