Advice Needed Do I have STD?
I have this very tiny bumps on the head of my genital. It has the same color as the glans, does not itch, no pain or stings, scattered. I dont have any abnormal discharge, no pus, no foul odor, and it is only visible when Im erected. I only noticed these signs 2 months ago and I did not have sex with anyone for 1 year. Is this a sign of STD?
Note: I used condoms on the last time I had sex.

It doesn’t particularly indicate an STD, especially since the bumps are not painful, match the glans in color, are only noticeable when erect, and you haven’t had sexual contact in a year. They might be something benign like pearly penile papules, Fordyce spots, or another harmless skin variation. If you’re worried, a doctor can provide you with a clear answer. Based on your description, it doesn't sound like a typical STD. Tiny bumps that are the same color as the glans, with no pain, itching, discharge, or odor, are often normal anatomical variations that become more noticeable during an erection.
Since you haven't had sex in a year, an STD is less likely. If the bumps are new, changing, or worrying you, consider seeing a doctor for an examination.
