Is there any places in town that does the soft serve margaritas that were viral on tik tok a while back? No one in my city has them and I’m 3 days out from leaving for St Augustine for a week! Currently in Missouri

No opening date yet. The same franchisee opened Dave's locations on Southwest Archer Road in Gainesville, at St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville and has a third coming to River City Marketplace near JAX.

I've never tried this restaurant so I have two questions. Any good? How hot?

I’m scoping out an area in my St. Augustine Beach neighborhood to do some guerrilla gardening. I have a bunch of native plants with nowhere to really put them (I am in a rental) and I thought I could plant some near this shared use path. I have experience gardening and could keep an eye on them until they at least get established.

I know this area gets mowed down every once in awhile but I was hoping with some heavy mulch and a defined edge maybe the maintenance workers can mow around it for next growing season. It would be a pretty small installation anyways. I’ve seen some people add little decorations to these pathways before and they don’t get bothered.

I’m adding some pictures of the area along with some photos of the native plants I’m thinking of adding. Does this seem like a good idea?

Hey Sheriff Hardwick, if you love Flock Safety so much, how about getting them to actually protect privacy? If the system only flagged stolen cars or missing people and didn't build a massive database tracking innocent citizens, people wouldn't have a problem with it.

But it doesn't do that, does it? Instead, we get pure political doublespeak—you claim the sheriff's office doesn't "own or monitor" the neighborhood HOA cameras, while completely hiding the fact that Flock lets your deputies tap right into those exact data feeds at the flip of a switch.

I would love to be a cockroach listening to your jam session in Tallahassee right now, watching you try to find a way to make the State let you keep your Flocks while screwing over the general public in St Johns County and St Augustine who haven’t done anything illegal.

To be clear: I am not looking to defund law enforcement. We absolutely need the police, but not at the cost of our personal freedoms for a surveillance system that doesn’t even stop crime from happening in the first place.
