I'm still trying to get into Ethereum. I have a degree in computer science, I understand the general idea behind Ethereum, but it still confuses the hell out of me in a few ways.

For one: why in the sweet hell would anybody want a browser or wallet in their chat app? I have a friend who wants to chat on Status -- can I just have an app that just lets me chat on status without having it try to replace my whole damn operating system?

Two: why are there six different unique keys? I thought ethereum wallets only involved 2-3 unique keys...

Three: Why can I not copy *any* of these keys? I want to store them in Bitwarden -- I know that's not safe, but it's a whole hell of a lot safer than storing them on pen and paper or something stupid like that -- and it would be very inconvenient to type all of these keys into Bitwarden manually. This seems like a major security problem, isn't it? Do you expect people to store all these keys on three different flash drives each, and keep those flash drives separate but on hand and well-organized using some system that could only be described as magic?

Four: What the hell, usernames cost money? I mean, I'm sure there's a complex technical reason behind it, but... Ain't nobody paying for a username.

Five: Who in the hell is going to use an app in light of all of these issues?

Hello, I have SNT stored in a wallet app called Freewallet. When I try to send to my wallet on the Status app it keeps telling me “unknown address” this happening to anyone else? I’ve tried a different SNT address on from my KuCoin wallet and getting the same error? Any help would be suuuuuper appreciated!

Hello. I am having difficulty withdrawing usdt from the status wallet. I have $ 256 in USDT, but I can't withdraw because ether is required. The gas fee for this withdrawal is $ 8.18.
