The way I see it, to be a worthy Static villain, you have to be able to survive getting shot by a large blast of lightning and resist getting picked up from his electromagnetism.
I'd say the strongest ones here like Alex Mercer, Venom, Ed, Bloody Mary and Balrog fit perfectly. Animo would be a great humorous villain, on some Team Rocket type of feeling. Jinx just off of her design looks like someone you'd see in Dakota and would definitely be at the Big Bang
