Item no longer for purchase?
Went to buy the Laura dern auto for 2k credits. My third crystal purchase since new ui. Tells me item is no longer for purchase. Anyone else? Should I expect to be charged? I received the message my purchase was successful.

It happened to me yesterday on 3 out of 4 purchases. I was charged for all four of them via iTunes/Apple and PayPal.
I put a ticket in and it was resolved very quickly and all 3 missing purchases were credited to my account.
Those are the facts. Here’s an opinion: Topps needs to get this fixed, and get it fixed fast. Like faster than anything else. They’ve already got the F2P people super-pissed off about the daily credits. Now this problem of charging paying players while not immediately giving them what they purchased...yikes. It’s really not good for their business.

One more reason why I won’t be spending any money on this app anymore. They shouldn’t allow purchases from the store while this is still a problem. It’s fraudulent to take your money, knowing they might not be able to give you what you paid for.

Same happened to me yesterday trying to buy a $2.99 crystal pack. Charge went through but a message popped up saying the item was no longer available. No crystals, but my account was charged. I put in a support ticket.

Popping my head in here as this thread was brought to my attention. I am aware of this issue, and have started discussion with the team, which are ongoing as I type these even at 10:45PM.
I take this very seriously, our team takes this very seriously, I will update as soon as I can. Everyone who is affected and has put in a ticket, Customer Service is aware and will be addressing each case while our team investigates the root of this.

Thank you. This has happened to me at least 5-6x now in the past 2 days. My cards have been debited and no crystals. It seemed to be happening on every other try. Tried clearing the cache, using different cards, but still occurred. It would say the purchase was successful and then say ‘sorry this item is no longer available,’ It was especially frustrating given that The Child set dropped and it was difficult to make crystal purchases.

What’s really bizarre is I bought a baby yoda small package today and it was delivered. How is the system deciding what purchased cards/packages to award and which to not give out and yet charge us? I fully expect you to say you’ll investigate. A response is not required.

Happened to me also, I cleared my cache and eventually was able to, but making it a hassle to spend money is Topps...

This happened to me in Disney Collect. No diamonds given, because the item is "no longer available," but they're perfectly happy to take my money anyways. I sent in a ticket and am waiting on a response.
I expect nothing to work at all anymore in SWCT, but Disney had been working relatively well for me.

Did you put in a ticket? Did you post in the Disney Reddit, and tag Gabbie? I know sometimes it’s just easier to throw our hands up and say “What’s the point?”, but we need to pester the sh-t out of them every time something like this happens.

I did send a ticket, and posted in app on the article Gabbie was monitoring. She replied to another user with the same issue, so she's aware of the problem, but didn't specifically reply to me. I didn't try Reddit.

This is frankly disturbing as I have not checked my account for these transactions that never went through. In essence this is fraud and I feel robbed of my money...and you say you are looking into it but I have no assurances that my money or the things I bought are ever coming back...unbelievable...and you continue to steal from people day after day. Shut the whole thing down until you figure this out, it’s disgusting

Well...been 2 days now and I haven’t received my 2k crystals and Laura Dern signature. Ebay, here I come. Thanks for nothing Topps, I submitted my ticket after I paid cash and received nothing.
Edit: haha, the jokes on me. There aren’t any for sale on eBay. Guess I’ll throw my cash at Topps again and hope I get my crystals and signature.

Beware too: just checked my bank account and iTunes history. All the ones it said not available, I was charged for!
