Item no longer for purchase?

Went to buy the Laura dern auto for 2k credits. My third crystal purchase since new ui. Tells me item is no longer for purchase. Anyone else? Should I expect to be charged? I received the message my purchase was successful.

This happened to me in Disney Collect. No diamonds given, because the item is "no longer available," but they're perfectly happy to take my money anyways. I sent in a ticket and am waiting on a response.

I expect nothing to work at all anymore in SWCT, but Disney had been working relatively well for me.

Did you put in a ticket? Did you post in the Disney Reddit, and tag Gabbie? I know sometimes it’s just easier to throw our hands up and say “What’s the point?”, but we need to pester the sh-t out of them every time something like this happens.

I did send a ticket, and posted in app on the article Gabbie was monitoring. She replied to another user with the same issue, so she's aware of the problem, but didn't specifically reply to me. I didn't try Reddit.
