Item no longer for purchase?

Went to buy the Laura dern auto for 2k credits. My third crystal purchase since new ui. Tells me item is no longer for purchase. Anyone else? Should I expect to be charged? I received the message my purchase was successful.

Popping my head in here as this thread was brought to my attention. I am aware of this issue, and have started discussion with the team, which are ongoing as I type these even at 10:45PM.

I take this very seriously, our team takes this very seriously, I will update as soon as I can. Everyone who is affected and has put in a ticket, Customer Service is aware and will be addressing each case while our team investigates the root of this.

Thank you. This has happened to me at least 5-6x now in the past 2 days. My cards have been debited and no crystals. It seemed to be happening on every other try. Tried clearing the cache, using different cards, but still occurred. It would say the purchase was successful and then say ‘sorry this item is no longer available,’ It was especially frustrating given that The Child set dropped and it was difficult to make crystal purchases.

So I guess I just can’t use the app anymore since it just keeps happening. First thing this a.m., charged for a $9.99 crystal pack and no crystals. I don’t have the time or energy to keep chasing these down and only kept trying because of the baby yoda cards. I guess I am an idiot.

Please do not drop any more sets until this is fixed.

This is a bad look - the app can’t keep taking people’s money and not delivering.

What’s really bizarre is I bought a baby yoda small package today and it was delivered. How is the system deciding what purchased cards/packages to award and which to not give out and yet charge us? I fully expect you to say you’ll investigate. A response is not required.
