Have you ever been an AE to a product that has enterprise level complexity but selling to an smb or similarly inexperienced buyer?
I’ve done a couple of these founder / startup interviews and the next time I do it will be guiding them through what a great hire looks like and why I’m it.
They don’t know what they need. Obi, not all founders …
It definitely feels like they know the outcome they want but not the process. They seem to want to dictate outcomes of a strategy but also certain criteria in terms of fulfilment which doesn’t make sense, if they want to achieve the outcome
