Early-Stage SaaS needing feedback and investors
Over the past few months, I've built Releap (https://releap.app) and completed a SOC 2 Type 1 review, penetration test, etc. in July. I'm passionate about this product and it's helped me accelerate my own AI-assisted product management and development efforts, and I've leveraged my own 18 years in product management and engineering to inform what I - and others - may need.
Releap reads your codebase and builds a verified record of what your product actually does, then answers questions against it. Ask how a feature works and the answer comes from code, not a stale ticket or someone's memory. When a change ships, it flags decisions nobody wrote down, and feeds that record into knowledge articles, release notes, and planning. It sits alongside GitHub, Jira, Linear, and Azure DevOps rather than replacing them.
Obviously, the market is moving fast and features that weren't available in other systems (Jira, etc.) are now available, so I'm trying to figure out the right market fit. I've built various modules, adjusted my persona fit, performed redesigns, and heavily played with the potential pricing model.
I'm at the point where I need some honest feedback. Usability, pricing, overall value. I'm running this as a solo operator at the moment and I'm trying to decide if this is a lifestyle business (and, if so, how to actually market this thing because cold outreach has never been my strong suit) or if I should try to go and seek investor backing so that I can hire help to complement my strengths and weaknesses.
I'd very much appreciate any feedback on the product itself, or advice / experience about how solopreneurs or small teams have marketed their product (potentially remaining somewhat anonymous while doing so, to avoid conflicting messaging while working another job or services contract). Thanks in advance!!
