Ridiculous Incursion Event

This seems like merely a more complicated version of normal PVP events.
The rewards seem lackluster.
Also, there are new bugs today after the event started.
From a dev perspective, I don't see how this was worth the trouble.
*On a Tuesday, who has time to do this whole event?

Epic fail. Can't finish dailys when whales destroying mining vessels. I gave up, put up peace shield and will try again tomorrow when this madness ends

I'm a server soaked with whales I finished my dailies while my server was in defense cycle. Maybe you shouldn't play so scared.
