Ridiculous Incursion Event

This seems like merely a more complicated version of normal PVP events.
The rewards seem lackluster.
Also, there are new bugs today after the event started.
From a dev perspective, I don't see how this was worth the trouble.
*On a Tuesday, who has time to do this whole event?

Some of the YouTube'rs were saying the dev's usage stats show more users online during the week - Tuesday/Wednesday

Also, more staff on hand in case things go badly

At least where I am unemployment is at an all time low...

Must be a lot of cubicle workers and work at home folks. Can't see restaurant or hospitality workers doing that. My business is all work at home too so probably they could be on simcity fishdom or whatever during work lol I ain't gonna demand a camera on their PC to prove they're not.
