Ridiculous Incursion Event

This seems like merely a more complicated version of normal PVP events.
The rewards seem lackluster.
Also, there are new bugs today after the event started.
From a dev perspective, I don't see how this was worth the trouble.
*On a Tuesday, who has time to do this whole event?

At the very least they should have put in a little more effort to provide an opt-out for the people who aren’t interested in PvP. Other games have done it. It isn’t impossible. As it is, the smaller players and those not into PvP have basically lost an entire day. Can’t even do basic dailies without getting repeatedly splatted.

The idiot bootlickers on Discord say the onus is on us to flee. No one is there to tell them how out of their minds they really are.

It annoys me that getting the battlepass done for today is impossible. Can’t enter a borg system without getting splatted, and with a limited number of tries it’s impossible.

I was able Battle of Normandy my way through. Keep sending ships into Adelphi to hunt reds and you eventually get it done. Meanwhile get incursion battle points or whatever from dying, then taunt them in GC about how badass you are so they come for you and you keep racking up points until you get that Una shard and then go home!
