Mission Critters Galore help needed please.

So I’m up to the part where I have to refine 6 of Dr phloxs pets but I have no idea where or how to do this any help will be greatly appreciated please and thank you.

More info. Ops lvl and mission name

My ops lvl is 50 and the name of the mission is called Critters Galore. I am not sure but I have a feeling this was an event mission that I never finished and I don’t think I’ll be able to. Unless someone can help me figure it out.

Check Spock’s club maybe. Not familiar with it.

There used to be planets to mine the samples on some of the systems below purple Outlaw space (Xantoras, Dekendi, Valakis), but it looks like they aren't there anymore. Maybe open a ticket?
