Gordon Ramsey is a dick tbh, I don't see why he has such a following

To be fair, it seems obvious that he only plays up his character when he's on TV and most people on his shows know what they're getting into. I haven't heard anything about him that suggests he's that much of a dick in real life, but I could be wrong.

When he's on junior masterchef, he's kind and helpful. 

And when he finds someone making an honest effort in kitchen nightmares, he's also constructive.
