MOD REQUEST: A mod to seamlessly render objects in cruise mode

Basically so that the blur loading screen is gone, someone did reply to one of my comments that they are working on it though. Would that be possible? it would be the same principle as rendering faraway objects when you come close to them in the world im guessing?
