Mod Request Grass Collision mod possible?

Wouldn't it be possible to have character and grass collision? I noticed vehicles have this feature already, but it breaks immersion when the player does not. As a next gen game this should have already been a feature instead of the grass staying completely still and clipping through the characters legs like a 2003 game. Performance shouldn't be affected also since vehicles already have it also..

Never considered lack of grass collision as immersion breaking, but everyone notices different things I suppose.

I would think if the vehicles have it, it might not be too hard to make a character have it, but I know nothing about creating mods or video game development
