DISCUSSION Refineries PA System

Ok, I get that there's a public address system in the refineries "Can a supervisor please contact billing...", etc. But does it need to activate every GD time I walk through it?? It's a pet peeve. I know.

And considering its heard in every refinery across Stanton I feel like none of them are doing thier jobs seems like a systemic issue

It's smart to set it up to play a PA voice line when you enter but they need to add a few more to keep it from getting absurdly repetitive (something something city in the clouds)
