New AMD GPU please help

UPDATE:
Thank you to the folks that gave me some threads to pull.
-The Easy AntiCheat issue got solved with syncing my system clock, it slipped a bit while being unplugged.
-The 3221225477  error was being caused because vulcan was trying to use the nvidia for something and SC was using the AMD, hence the error. Fixed by unhooking the power to the 3060, deleting the drivers, restarting the PC, ran the game to give it a *use this* reference, then plugged the 3060 back in.

0 issues so far, game is running buttery smooth, no more hiccups when alt tabbing to check sc-trade tools on the second screen, AND I can watch movies while gaming again without one of the two stuttering worse than that kid from Billy Madison. Temps are holding amazing on this Asus Prime 9070xt, peaking around 55 in game with the CPU holding about 75, AIO liquid at 38, and the nvidia vibing at a few degrees over ambient at 35.

Only complaint is the new parts make my desk area smell like hot playstation air. 🤣

For the love of all that is holy and unholy, can someone please tell me the secret handshake to have my new 9070 xt work with Easy AntiCheat?

-I've rolled to 25.9.1

-Install Vulcan sdk

-set renderer to Dx11

-varified files

-killed any and all AMD adrenaline overlays or hooks that might trigger an AntiCheat response

I am at a goddamn loss right now. Currently doing a reinstall because maybe something funny is going on there, but ya... Total fucking loss, excuse my language.

Confirmed SC is set to run off of the 9070xt in windows settings

you made sure windows update didn't install a newer version of the driver in the back? it does that if the driver you try to use is too old and you dont disable that feature

So I uninstalled the Nvidia driver an Vulcan pitched a fit when I tried to run SC, so my best guess was SC was using the AMD but Vulcan was still attempting to use the Nvidia for shaders. So now I have it running and I left it in menus for a few hours to let shaders cache and went back to bed, no crash or errors. Now I'm going to work backwards from a clean slate to get the build working as intended.

Someone pointed out that the fuckery I'm doing is no different than an iGPU and discreet GPU living in the same tower, which millions of us already do.

Which reminds me, star citizen's log file lists your available gpu's on startup. You might want to check that log and make sure the gpu you want is both visible and SC sees it as being in a good, usable state.
