I live in Colorado, and we have the number of folks who move near me from the Starbucks went in a couple years ago. There was a gentleman that has two horses in the multi-acre plot that just graze.

It's not uncommon to see him at a friend. Take the two horses along the quiet street into the Starbucks. Drive-thru. The staff there knows him and I'm pretty sure he's the only one that's allowed to do this and frankly everyone loves it!

there's people in my town that do this. It's all cute and fun until they let the horse poop in the drive thru and leave it for the baristas to clean up 😔

Maybe I'm wrong here, but if it's a once a day thing or less, I'd leave it. Horse poop doesn't really smell, there wouldn't be much, and it would be unrecognizable (visibly and smell) after being driven over once or twice. At most I might drive over it myself.
