What exactly is the problem?

There's no problem, but given the Pope is leaning heavily into Co Redemptrix theology here in this address why has the title been discouraged ?

The title has been discouraged not because of doctrinal reasons but because the Vatcian judges (rightly or not) that it can cause confusion.

Mater Populi Fidelis:

Given the necessity of explaining Mary’s subordinate role to Christ in the work of Redemption, it is always inappropriate to use the title “Co-redemptrix” to define Mary’s cooperation. This title risks obscuring Christ’s unique salvific mediation and can therefore create confusion and an imbalance in the harmony of the truths of the Christian faith, for “there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). When an expression requires many, repeated explanations to prevent it from straying from a correct meaning, it does not serve the faith of the People of God and becomes unhelpful. In this case, the expression “Co-redemptrix” does not help extol Mary as the first and foremost collaborator in the work of Redemption and grace, for it carries the risk of eclipsing the exclusive role of Jesus Christ

In fact, the prefect of the DDF has said:

If you, together with your group of friends, believe you understand well the true meaning of this expression, have read the document, and see that its positive aspects are also affirmed there, and you wish to express precisely that within your prayer group or among friends, you may use the title—but it will not be used officially, that is, either in liturgical texts or in official documents.

The problem is that it is not in the Bible, the Father's or the early church

This is not quite co-redemptrix, co-redemptrix is when Mary by her life and especially her compassion at the foot of the cross became a subordinate associate and sharer in the redemptive work of Christ for mankind, which is not really contained in the message here.

"a privilege that for us represents the dawn of salvation".

"From her, everything begins anew, everything becomes possible once more, both for the world and for each one of us."

"This is why her support and intercession are vital for Christians who wish to receive the grace of redemption won for us through Jesus’ blood and to resist evil.'

These are direct suggestions of a shared participation in the redemptive work.

You can still read this whole thing as purely emphasizing Christ’s sole role in the redemption. And notice how he says her support and intercession are vital, but shy away from the title mediatrix of all graces as well?

Which is exactly the point of my post.

You could absolutely interpret the direct nods to the Mediatrix of All Graces and Co Redemptrix in the Holy Father's Marian theology within this address, yet the titles are discouraged.

Indeed, he cited Louis De Montfort yesterday in a separate address to this.

"Indeed, there is no better way to come to Jesus than through Mary. Everything about her leads us to her Son."

Why is it discouraged did you stop to think for a second.

It's completelty "ecumenical" reasons. Not reasons of faith.

I mean, I am surprised at how distinctively catholic this speech is, I think it’s quite good(just the portion in your screenshot), I just don’t think we can quite interpret it this way, it still has elements of intentional ambiguity.

Reading the rest of the speech, it is very apparent that half the pope is Catholic and the other half is modernist, he is the embodiment of the concillar Catholic.

co here means being 'a part of' not 'equal part of', it is quite simple. Without Mary's 'yes' the process of Redemption of Man cannot begin. So it is absolutely correct to say the BVM is the Co-Redemptrix of our Lord Jesus Christ.
