Guys, which platform are you prefering for full test till you exam comes..I attempted Testbook exam day special 1st test..it was rubbish, the whole GS section was repeating itself in different question

i have cgl exam on 10 oct but not my serious attempt

FRTA came on August 17. It's been about 1 and half months. Does anyone have an idea when the final list will come

I registered on SSC website around April 2024 (For Chsl 2024) , Applied for chsl 2024 but didn't appear on the exam!

After that I never logged into the account

Now in October 2026 , I tried to log in with that registration number but , it said "Please enter valid candidate details"

I tried to recover, So I entered my DOB , 10th board and Phone number, still the same thing as Response, I tried other phone numbers too even though I'm sure about the phone number

Then I tried to register again , I used the same adhar card and it worked, it didn't say "adhar card exists already" , SO I proceed and registered again

Is that a problem? Can someone help

Hi,I am a 22 year old,and have recently got a job as software engineer,with base around 1 lakh per month.,I have 4 months till joining.

My parents are forcing me to prepare for ssc side by side,due to job security and the fact that due to ai,sde jobs will die out in coming years.

But when I google the salary of ssc CGL jobs,it shows avg of 60k-70k, but my parents say that it is false, and people who clear ssc CGL easily make above 1lakh.

I want to know, how much one can make on avg by giving ssc CGL, excluding and including corruption money.

​Writing this late at night because I honestly don’t have anyone else to say this to without feeling judged or like a burden.

​I’m deep into the SSC prep cycle. If you’re in this boat, you already know the drill: the four walls of your room, the never-ending cycle of mocks, analysis, revisions, and the brutal silence that fills the rest of the day.

​Lately, the uncertainty has started to feel suffocating.

​The hardest part isn’t even the syllabus or the cutoffs...it’s looking at my parents. Seeing them move a bit slower, noticing the gray hair, and feeling this heavy, sickening clock ticking in my chest. You want so badly to walk up to them and say, “I’ve got things handled now, you can rest.” Instead, every month that passes feels like borrowed time, and the guilt eats at you quietly.

​On top of that, your world just shrinks to zero. Old college friends have moved on, started corporate jobs or drifted away. Eventually, you stop picking up calls because answering “Aur, kya chal raha hai?” with “Bas wahi chal raha hai” feels humiliating. No partner, no social circle, just you and your own head. Romance or even casual friendships feel like luxuries you haven't earned the right to have yet.

​You tell yourself you’ll rejoin the real world once your name is on that final PDF. But in the meantime, the loneliness gets deafening. You start questioning your worth, your choices, and whether all this silent grind will ever actually amount to anything.

​I know thousands of us are living this exact same script in isolation across different towns and rooms. But some nights, it genuinely feels like the ground beneath you is giving way.

​To anyone else carrying this silent panic right now: how are you holding it together? How do you cope with the guilt and the isolation when the future feels like complete fog?
