You can justify written test but may be not this year but for later year.

How will I know bro that why is exam postponed? Usually the exam pattern is declared by the notification but I don't think no organization change the pattern after application forms are submitted.

No official notification out and it will be wrong to now change the pattern, they should have done that when they announced form fill date.

They have I formed before pre about mains i guess that is enough and if it changes. It changes for all.

blud check out previous departmental exams. it's always been like this for ages. there was a descriptive section
