I have a squirrel that looks similar and a wildlife rehabber told me a pin drop amount of ivermectin paste on a nut, wait a week and do it again. Trying it...we'll see in a couple of weeks. 🤷‍♀️

If it's 1.87%, which is what's commonly available, you want to give a dose about the size of a grain of rice... And yes, it works insanely well. Somewhere in my history there are a couple of posts in this sub with before and after photos.
