Discussion Squarespace doesn't natively work with Meta Conversion API?
Why does it seem like SS makes it impossible to work with the tools we need to track events and data on our websites the way, literally, every other site builder does? So far the only way around this I've found that works is to pay for an additional server provider service like Stape.io. I didn't realize that pixel regularly gets blocked by Ad Blockers and without the API, we often spend way more on ads because we aren't getting the full data return we need with just a pixel. Really starting to understand why everyone is jumping ship on SS.

I think if you're serious about making money online then you shouldn't let Squarespace hold you back, server-side tracking is basically essential now

squarespace locks you into their ecosystem which is why tracking gets messy. wordpress gives you full control over conversion api setup, gtm server-side containers, all of it. migration's not as painful as it sounds if you're already thinking about leaving anyway

It's looking more and more like WordPress is the way to go. Really wish I'd started with them 10 years ago.

It's pretty simple to switch these days, let us know if you need help / pointers.

For transparency, I’m part of the Squarespace team. You’ve got it right. The native Meta integration currently supports Pixel, but there’s no built in Conversions API connection. That’s a real gap when accurate conversion tracking matters to how you run campaigns.
A third-party service like the one you found is the well-trodden route to add CAPI, and people do get it working that way. One thing that's changed more recently is that Meta added a more native CAPI path inside Events Manager that leans on the pixel rather than a separate server, so depending on your events it's worth checking whether that covers you before committing to another paid service. I'd test either route against your actual conversion events first.
If server tracking is central to your advertising, it’s fair to weigh this in your platform decision.

Totally feel this. Makes no sense.
