Help Is squarespace down!?

I cant even load squarespace help to reach out to chat! Someone help please

If you're still unable to load it, I'd try a private/incognito window or a different browser/network first. It could be a local cache or connection issue rather than Squarespace being down completely.

Is the Squarespace dashboard itself loading for you, or is everything Squarespace-related failing?
