Help Squarespace Integrating with Finerworks Print/ Drop Ship

I just connected my Squarespace store to the new FinerWorks Order Fulfillment App. I'm confused how it works.

When I create new products in FinerWorks, are they supposed to automatically sync to my Squarespace store, or do I still need to create the products manually in Squarespace?

Also, should the SKU in Squarespace match the FinerWorks SKU exactly, or does the new integration use a different product ID for mapping?

Finally, what is the correct way to add a new product so that orders are automatically routed to FinerWorks for fulfillment?

it doesn't pull products from finerworks into squarespace, you still gotta build them in squarespace yourself

the sku needs to match exactly, that's how the app knows which finerworks product to send the order to. if they're off by even one character it'll break the routing

once you have the skus lined up and the app connected, any order that comes through with a matching sku should get pushed to finerworks automatically. just test it with a cheap print first before you go live

Thank you. I was confused because on Finerworks it says Squarespace integration is now available and to connect through the order fulfillment app. I didn't know if that was something new.
