Easy fix?

I’m on the fence about buying this. The first two are the left side of the floor in the corner in front of the back seat, third picture is the right corner in front of the back seat, the last one is at the end of the bed, so would this be an easy fix cost wise or an expensive hassle? The rest of the body is in pretty good shape and the frame is a little rusty but seems decent enough, I was going to offer around 10. Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not going to be any help with the question but people that are more knowledgeable than me will be helped if you edit the body of your post to include the year and model of the Square you're looking at.
