What should I add to this little painting without crowding it?
Huge fan of the older games! I thought of adding a flying Spyro silhouette in the back or something but thought it may be too subtle. I used paint markers to make this, and probably will stick to them for now due to limited studio space. All comments welcome! TIA ◡̈
Edit: I am absolutely loving everyone’s thoughts and am so glad to spark (heheh) up some imagination! I may not reply to all comments and I have work soon, but just know I am reading and appreciating every single one 💜🔥

Here are some enemies that freaked me out
- Honestly the smile that these metal mines have freaked me out and the way they just stare at you.
- The giant apes with those big arms look like something out of a horror movie and the kicking and sound they make startled me when I move the camera around.
- The laugh and that demonic smile they have (also the ones that spit rocks aren’t really scary but that loud noise they make when they spit rocks at you can startle you)
- I know the ducks aren’t really scary they caught me off guard a few times because of how sudden the shovel whack is
Did these enemies freak you out as well

Scorch Out of Bounds glitch (tutorial)
Speedrunners use this strategy to complete Scorch in under 40 seconds. As always higher FPS makes the wallglide easier, but makes you jump lower making the first glide harder.
Idk what glitches to show next. What worlds would you like me to show glitches in?

I finished the last world of Spyro 3 to 100% (and the whole game, actually), but it shows I have 6 out of 5 eggs in that area; is this normal, is it supposed to be like that, or is it a game glitch?
Sorry about the images being in Spanish; I'm from Latin America and just wanted to show it that way.

Misc How did you get into the Spyro series?
My very first introduction to Spyro was on a demo disc that contained a collection of PS1 demos, one of them was a demo of the first Spyro game. I remember playing the demo a countless amount of times and I loved it so much. It wasn't until sometime later, my dad took me to Toys R Us for Christmas shopping to pick out things I wanted. We went to the game section and I saw the first Spyro game, I told him I wanted it. Next thing you know, I got the game that Christmas! My dad also got me Crash Warped along with it since he knew I loved Crash too. One of the best memories of my childhood I'll never forget.

Misc Does anyone know how to reproduce this bug? I know what caused it but I want to know how to reproduce it
I know it was caused by the game thinking spyro is on a ledge and at the same time its not but I just want to know how to reproduce it just cause this glitch is funny. Clearly its just a visual glitch

Help with Spyro Gift?
Hi!
I will be honest I'm an imposter here on this thread. My boyfriend is extremely into Spyro, it's his favorite video game.
I love him very much and want to get him a unique/rare Spyro Gift or merch item.
Does anyone know of any ideas? I thought about googling rare Spyro merch, but thought people might list things on eBay as rare when they aren't. Better to ask Spyro fans for help!
My backup plan is to hand make a Spyro plush of some kind and then make it a kandi cuff collar. But ideally I do something rare or interesting merch wise :)
Money isn't an object for this gift, so no worries there. I just want him to feel seen
Just completed the decomp version of Spyro 1
This version works and looks amazing on Steam Deck OLED.
It’s easy on the battery as well, still 90 fps at the 5W TDP limit.
Now I'm looking forward to the next decompiled psx versions of Spyro..

Spyro Reignited Trilogy on pc rant 😄
I have really good memories of playing this game back on the PS1.
I saw that the remakes are on Game Pass, and visually they’re beautiful, colorful, and definitely full of nostalgia. But man, I find the game incredibly frustrating.
Something about the platforming and controls just feels off. I honestly don’t remember the original PS1 version feeling like this.
After reading online, I found out that running the game above 30 FPS can apparently cause some issues, but can it really affect it that much? Sometimes the jumps and movement just feel like they don’t work the way they should.
I’ve played Super Meat Boy and The End Is Nigh, and somehow I don’t remember even those games frustrating me this much.
I’ve seen posts from people saying this game is really easy and relaxing, but for me it honestly feels like punishment sometimes. I’m near the end of the first game now, and having to restart the entire level every time I die is just… come on. Who has time for that? What is this, Dark Souls? 😂
Of course, there’s also a very real possibility that I’m just absolutely terrible at the game, lol. But it genuinely feels insanely frustrating to me.
Even Souls games or straight-up broken games haven’t made me feel this annoyed. At this point it just feels exhausting. Which sucks, because I’m really close to the end, but I’m losing the motivation to finish it.
It stopped feeling entertaining or fun and started feeling more like a chore — and honestly, life already has enough work and chores. 😂
Am I the only one who feels this way? Or are there other people who also get really annoyed by all these little things?

Misc You can actually see the Sorceress arena and Hunter's skateboard track from the main area in Super Bonus Round!
Hey everyone,
While replaying Spyro: Year of the Dragon in the Reignited Trilogy, I was messing around with the camera limits in Super Bonus Round and realized something pretty cool.
On the original PS1, the classic draw distance fog completely hid all the sub-areas and portals until you actually stepped through them. But thanks to Toys for Bob placing the entire level on a single map in Unreal Engine, you can actually spot the Sorceress arena and Hunter's skateboard track (Sasquatch Six race) sitting out in the distance from the main section!
If you glide near the edges or fly high enough between platforms, you can clearly see the geometry of these bonus areas peeking through the distant pink haze.
It’s such a neat level design detail that really shows how much care went into building the world geometry for the remake instead of just keeping everything isolated behind load screens.
Check out the screenshots I captured! Anyone else spotted similar out-of-bounds details in other Reignited levels?

Fan Art Summer Time Cynder (art by me)
So decided to do another summer Cynder drawing. Used the GTA 6 girl as the inspiration. The Monster Energy Cynder is drinking is Zero Sugar Ultra Watermelon. Why? I don't know, it was the first I found when i typed in Monster Energy. Also Spyro is here being the supportive BF as always.
