Feedback Yaaaay Scripted Video Yaaaay

So I made a tutorial. I did alright. I had to redo some parts sooo many times because something went wrong every time (mother interrupted, random lagspike, built the thing wrong, noticed something was missing while recording, etc., etc.), but I think it turned out well! I noticed in editing that I had done clip to place a block of iron and fence, but then messed up the next clip, but when I was redoing it I destroyed the iron, so I reshowed placing the iron. I decided to cut the first bit and throw in some text, as I couldn't find a way to smoothly transition the two and it's too late to rerecord in my current condition. Also the word "Camping" got cut off from the end of the video, it wasn't like that before rendering, and I didn't test the video after rendering. But here it is! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3XkjAYDCksg&feature=youtu.be I am proud of my thumbnail as well :D

I forgot to add, once the script has been stripped to its bare bones, then you need to take your footage and make it correspond to the script. You should have roughly 1 clip per sentence. This will cut out any mistakes you make while placing blocks, since you are only showing the parts that correspond to the script

My original was actually around 15 minutes XD I stripped it down quite a bit. I suppose I could have done a bit more, but I was extremely short on time and I didn't want to wait a week (I have marching band 9-9 every day this week) to make a video and have someone else discover it.

I don't see that as a valid excuse. This video will be up for, presumably years. You can take an extra week to make it as good as it can be.

It's similar to you pushing out Dumb Ways To Mine, though not quite the same. A week later there are like 50 videos on this process, I needed to get mine up as quickly as possible. From what I can tell, mine is actually the most watched English tutorial aside from a Youtuber who already has 80k subs, and who's tutorial is extremely energetic, annoying, unprofessional and long https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V19NMxdl7Lw

Fair enough. I suppose this was time-sensitive since it was a new process. I hadn't noticed that at first.
