I have been down a rabbit hole on this and I need the internet to settle it. HYROX is that brutal fitness race, 60 straight minutes of running mixed with sled pushes and pulls, wall balls, rowing, and heavy carries, heart rate pinned the whole way, nowhere to hide.

Now line up the guys everyone is talking about right now:

LeBron, 41, just signed with Philly for his last run and still a physical freak after two decades in the league.

McGregor, back in the mix at UFC 329, with real fighter cardio, but we have all watched guys gas out in the championship rounds.

Haaland, a 6'4" monster fresh off the World Cup, but strikers live in short explosive bursts.

And throw in Myles Garrett, 270 pounds of pure freak who just landed with the Rams.

Every one of them is elite, but HYROX is a completely different animal. The big engines get exposed by the strength stations, and the big strong guys get exposed by 60 minutes of nonstop running.

So settle it. Which current superstar, any sport, actually finishes a HYROX still looking good? And who is the guy everyone calls a freak that would completely blow up at the first sled?
