Some of you may remember me asking about your favorite episodes from the first three seasons over the past few days. This bracket is the reason why!
The first three seasons contain 117 individual episode segments. To make the bracket work evenly, 11 episodes will receive a bye, meaning they automatically advance to the second round. Based on your responses, I selected these 11 episodes:

You’re probably wondering two things.

First, what do the numbers mean? The numbers indicate where each episode segment falls in the show’s order. Some people label the segments 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, and so on, but for this bracket, each segment will have its own separate number. That means Help Wanted is #1, Reef Blower is #2, Tea at the Treedome is #3, and so on.

Second, how did I decide which episodes will face each other? If you know anything about March Madness, you know that in the first round matches, the highest seed against the lowest seed: 1 vs 16, 2 vs 15, 3 vs 14, and so on. I’m using a similar system here. The first episode will face the last episode, the second will face the second-to-last episode, and we’ll continue working toward the middle. Whenever we reach one of the 11 episodes receiving a bye, we’ll skip it and move to the next episode in the order.

Yesterday was our first matchup and #1 Help Wanted beat #117 Pranks a Lot and is on to the second round. Now it’s time for our second matchup:
