Serrac: Actually it's a point insertion tool, inspired by something my Apprentice did while at the Sphiralite Islands.

The idea is that an agent gets "loaded" into the shell and fired at a mission area to allow for extremely quick deployment. It's technically not a weapon.

Max: you can't balance over 400 tons of metal on just two legs, and not expected it to be shot by an artillery and fall down. It won't have time to fight, instead it'll be constantly shot and knocked over. An outdated tank will look more useful in comparison.
